Our institute held an exchange and guidance meeting in the comprehensive experimental building A1109. Chao Yun, deputy party secretary of the institute, Li Liangxing, deputy president, heads of departments and discipline groups of the institute, Xu Zhiqiang, deputy general manager of Kangfu Science and Technology Co., Ltd., Cao Deyun, assistant general manager and director of the motor branch factory, and Chen Jingdong, director of the institute attended the meeting.

At the beginning of the meeting, our college played a promotional video of our 2022 undergraduate students to make Kangfu Science and Technology Company and the delegation have a deeper understanding of our school.

Later, Xu Zhiqiang, the deputy general manager of Kangfu Science and Technology Company, came straight to the point and said that he wanted to rely on our resources to jointly develop projects with our school, and introduced in detail the working principle, application market, purpose and demand, advantages and disadvantages of the two research and development projects, namely, semi axle holding power generation and marine electric propulsion system. Xu Zhiqiang said that at present, the company has not been exposed to low-frequency power supply, and the theoretical link is weak. He hoped to cooperate with the theoretical research and development of universities to overcome this problem.

Both parties discussed the R&D project. The department heads and discipline group leaders of the college have expressed their opinions one after another, pointing out that the energy consumption of the ship is the largest when it is started, and putting forward suggestions - fuel first, then electric, using hybrid mode to improve efficiency. It also points out that the key to the current cooperation between the two parties is to determine the form of cooperation, and put forward that the way of doctor joining the enterprise and taking a temporary post in the enterprise can make the school more closely linked with the enterprise, which is conducive to the school's in-depth research and development projects.

Li Liangxing summarized the problems after the communication, and said that the company first found the difficulties related to the project, released the key projects, and the school talents took over to overcome them one by one. In terms of talent training of the school, Li Liangxing hopes to sign an internship agreement with the company, provide internship posts for the school, and implement a long-term effective practice base.

Finally, Chao Yun summarized the meeting. Chao Yun proposed that he hoped to implement the joint R&D plan with the company as soon as possible.
