In order to further do a good job in the employment of the class of 2022, guide students to establish a correct concept of employment, and encourage the active employment of fresh graduates, on the morning of October 8, our college held a conference on the employment mobilization of the class of 2022 in a lecture hall. College Party Secretary Xia Libin, Party Committee Deputy Secretary Chao Yun, all the graduating class director, all counselors and 2022 all graduates in the school attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, Career Counselor Yang Yi introduced the employment situation of the current class of 2022, including the units coming now, the situation of students participating in interviews and signing contracts, and the key points of follow-up employment in the near future.
Chao Yun focused on the analysis of the current employment situation, so that students firm employment confidence, seriously choose employment direction, while enriching their own employment skills and actively use their own channels to expand employment resources. In the end, Chao Yun emphasized three points to the head teacher: 1. To deepen the understanding of employment, mainly embodied in the high degree of responsibility to students and the high degree of attention to the development of the school cause; 2. To expand employment resources; 3. To achieve accurate help.
Finally, Xia Libin stressed: first, in the aspect of thinking, graduates should fully understand the importance of employment and set up a correct view of employment; second, in the aspect of action, they should bite the target and walk along the chosen target firmly; third, they should seize the opportunity, rapid and accurate employment.
The Employment Mobilization conference is not only an investigation of the employment situation of our college students, but also a reflection of the concern for the graduating students.
